2. After-sales Service
1.) Within quality guarantee period, if there is any defect or fault, Vendor provides free replacement, maintenance, shipping, and site labor service.
2. )If a complete set of valves whole or parts don't satisfy guarantee requirements, Vendor should promptly repair and remedy the defect, or replace the valves, until satisfy the regulation conditions.
3). When buyer inform vendor to provide put into production, site or after-sales service, vendor should reply it within 24 hours, and decide job site visit is required or not, then arrange relative engineers and workers within 72 hours.
4). After-sales service, maintenance, training, site installation and adjusting manpower resource list.
